This Privacy Policy Agreement is a legal agreement between you („Visitor”, „User”) and the company PSM Excellence that defines the terms and conditions for using this site, privacy policy and personal data protection, as defined below.

Within our company, the priority is to protect your personal data. Being fully aware that your personal data belongs to you, we do our best to store safely and process the data you make available to us carefully.

The processing of personal data is always based either on the execution of contracts concluded with us, on the need to comply with a legal obligation, on our legitimate interest or on a major public interest or, as the case may be, on the need to comply with a legal obligation, on your consent if you have expressed your choice in this regard.

The processors to whom we have outsourced the provision of certain services and accredited partners;
THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED:
Your personal data is processed throughout our contractual relationship, or the expressed agreement, and, after its completion, at least for the period required by the applicable legal provisions in the field, including, but without limitation, to the archiving provisions.

In addition to the existing rights, from the date of application of the European Regulation no. 2016/679 you benefit from the following rights:
The right to information – you can request information on the activities of processing your personal data;
The right to rectification – you can rectify inaccurate personal data or fill them in; the right to delete data („the right to be forgotten”) – you can obtain data deletion, the, if their processing was not legal or in other cases provided by law;
The right to restriction of processing – you can request restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law;
The right of opposition – you can oppose, in particular, data processing based on our legitimate interest;
The right to data portability – you may receive, under certain conditions, the personal data you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format or you can request that the data be transmitted to another operator;
The right to lodge a complaint – you can complain about the way personal data are processed at the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
The right to withdraw consent – in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only take effect for the future, with the processing carried out prior to withdrawal remaining valid;
Additional rights related to automated decisions: you can request and obtain human intervention regarding the respective processing, you can express your own point of view regarding it and you can challenge the decision.
We respect and guarantee the confidentiality of your data. We guarantee that we will respect the rights imposed by law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and their free movement.
PSM Excellence assumes no responsibility for loss of information due to errors or potential security problems of actions of third parties.
You can exercise these rights, either individually or cumulatively, very easily, by simply sending a written request to our office from or to the email address info@psmexcellence.com .
In addition, if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing with the following contact details:
